Neugart’s planetary gearboxes ensure a better performance

Over 40 years ago, the company, Neugart began the production of its planetary gearboxes. The company’s 2 latest products: a high precision gearbox with helical gearing and a right angled gearbox with compact output flange, offer solutions to the increasingly demanding challenges the customers face. Neugart’s ‘PSBN’ is an apt combination of a precision planetary gearbox and efficient bearing technology. It was developed to achieve high speed with maximum performance. The helical gearing operates with low noise and does not require an expensive noise-reducing measure. Other features include a low backlash of  less than 1arcmin and a radial shaft seals for sealing against dust and water. Its compact design provides flexibility in confined spaces.
The WPLFE, is the right angled gearbox with compact output flange, and is extremely helpful when things are tight. The WPLFE saves up to a third of the space and has up to 5 times higher torsional stiffness. Due to its standardized flange interface, it is simple to assemble. It is the shortest right angled planetary gearbox in the economy line. Depending on the size, up to 30 % less space is required in comparison to similar right angled gearboxes.
