Celebrating a quartet of anniversaries: Denios SE has honored four employees who have been with the company for a long time. The company held a big ceremony to celebrate those who have been with Denios for between 25 and 35 years.
Michael Boldt received congratulations on his silver jubilee, having been loyal to the company for 25 years. He began his career as an industrial foreman in the field of ventilation technology and later took over the hazardous materials storage technology department. He has been responsible for managing the paint shop for many years and also does an outstanding job as the foreman in charge of final assembly. He has also been involved in Denios’ international locations, providing support in production, including in China and currently in the USA.
Oliver Hagemann looks back on his 30th anniversary at Denios and was honored at the ceremony. Over the past three decades, he has not only witnessed the changes in technology – he has also actively contributed to the company’s ability to offer modern and efficient solutions. His stations include the areas of design, development, CAD administration and SAP variant configuration, which he played a key role in establishing.
Oliver Tacke has also been working for the family business for 30 years. He joined the internal sales department and gained his first experience there before switching to field sales after a few years. Mr. Tacke is now an important contact for colleagues at Denios’ international locations and is also an experienced SAP employee for sales.
Ralf Gaus has another five years to his name, celebrating his 35th anniversary. “Do what you enjoy with enthusiasm – then the years will fly by,” is how Ralf Gaus sums up his career at Denios so far. He has been able to steadily expand the range of products he has managed and thus also made his contribution to good economic figures. Ralf Gaus was also active overseas, where he strategically expanded and optimized the product range in the USA.
Company founder and Managing Director Helmut Dennig has now honored all four Denios employees at a ceremony: “We are delighted that you have all been part of the company for so long. Especially in times like these, it is something very special to have worked for one and the same company for so many years. I would like to thank you for your loyalty and look forward to continuing our successful journey together in the years to come.”
In addition to certificates, all employees were also presented with gifts at the anniversary celebration in recognition: there were cash bonuses or small gold bars – as a symbol of valuable and brilliant performance after so many years of loyalty to Denios.
