Sauer Compressors With Two New Managing Directors

Two new managing directors are joining the Sauer Compressors Group's management team. Nicole Fässler as CFO and Mladen Milcinovic as COO

Two new managing directors are joining the Sauer Compressors Group’s management team. The compressor manufacturer has appointed Nicole Fässler as CFO and Mladen Milcinovic as COO as of January 1, 2024.

As CFO, business economist Nicole Fässler (36) will be responsible for the newly created management department of Finance, HR and IT. The Swiss national has extensive experience in the areas of finance and digitalization. She was most recently employed in the management of a medium-sized company in the watch industry.

Mladen Milcinovic (45) has been appointed COO at Sauer Compressors and is Head of Operations. The mechanical engineer and business economist gained many years of experience in compressor technology before specializing in operations. Most recently, he was Managing Director of a medium-sized industrial company.

The two new Managing Directors will succeed Franck Lallart, who will leave the company at the end of 2023. Lallart has held various roles at Sauer Compressors since 2012 and has been a member of the group’s management board since 2018.
The Sauer Compressors Group continues to grow. The company currently employs around 1000 people in 15 international companies. To keep pace with this growth, the Group’s management now consists of five members: Hendrik Murmann (CEO), Dirk Slottke (CSO), Peter Mißfeldt (CTO), Nicole Fässler (CFO) and Mladen Milcinovic (COO).
