Bachmann electronic is strengthening its management team: Beat Rünzler will take up the position of “Chief Administration Officer” from February 2024.
Rünzler will take over the disciplinary and operational management of the “Business Administration” department with the functional areas “Finance & Controlling”, “Information Systems”, “Human Resources” and “Facility Management”. He will actively support organizational development across all locations worldwide. Rünzler is already well known at Bachmann: The Doctor of Psychology and MBA in business administration was already a member of the management team at Bachmann from 2006 to 2011. At that time, he was responsible for the administrative areas and for setting up the HR department. From 2011 to the present day, the 58-year-old worked as a self-employed business psychologist and interim manager, while also teaching at several academic institutions. Since 2021, Rünzler has been working at Bachmann again and holds the part-time position of Organizational Psychology. Born in Vorarlberg, he is married and has two grown-up children. He devotes his free time to active table tennis, among other things.
