The engineering company Fricke Abfülltechnik will also be present at Fachpack and will showcase flexible filling systems for liquid products

For over 40 years, Fachpack has been the central meeting point for the packaging industry in Europe. Under the guiding theme “Transition in Packaging,” which describes the current changes in the industry, an international audience from the consumer and industrial goods sectors will gather in Nuremberg from September 24 to 26. The engineering company Fricke Abfülltechnik will also be present and will showcase flexible filling systems for liquid products.

Sustainability is an urgent necessity today that is fundamentally changing the packaging industry. Consumers are increasingly demanding sustainable products and packaging, which significantly influences the industry. Fricke responds to this change with durable, resource-saving product developments and innovative packaging technologies. Fricke’s filling systems contribute to sustainability by enabling material and energy savings through optimized filling control. Additionally, the ergonomically designed workplaces create better working conditions and reduce the physical strain on employees.

Digitalization plays a key role in this, acting as a growth engine for productivity, revenue, and innovation. Fricke supports this transformation with advanced automation solutions that enable efficient and sustainable production.

Tailored filling solutions for every industry

Fricke offers flexible filling systems for various containers such as barrels, IBCs, buckets, and canisters, suitable for different industries – from chemicals and petrochemicals to construction and paint manufacturing, as well as the food industry. Whether manual or fully automated systems, Fricke provides the right solution for precise and calibrated filling processes.

The precise filling valves and scales ensure accurate dosing of liquid and pasty products, while the proven coarse/fine flow process allows for flexible adjustment to the respective requirements. A precise control at the end of the filling process guarantees the highest accuracy and compliance with the calibration error limits.

Efficiency, cleanliness, and drip protection are the main focus, as well as repeat accuracy and speed. The FFS series from Fricke enables ergonomic filling directly onto the pallet, requiring the machine operator to use only one hand for operation. Particularly practical is the automatic adjustment of the system during container changes after entering the program number, which makes conversions unnecessary and prevents damage.

Fricke accompanies its customers from the planning stage to the completion of the systems in order to realize individual, perfectly coordinated systems that can be seamlessly integrated into existing production areas and offer the highest reliability, even for explosion-prone areas in accordance with EU Directive 2014/34/EU (Atex).

Sustainability through digitalization

The digitization of production processes is a central lever for Fricke to achieve sustainable and economical production. “Automated processes not only save costs and time but also protect the environment. Those who invest in sustainable technologies today secure their competitiveness in the long term,” says Dirk Novak, Sales Director for Filling Technology at Fricke. “Feel free to personally convince yourself of our high-performance filling systems at this year’s Fachpack in Nuremberg, Stand No. 1-353. We look forward to your visit!”
